What I learnt the hard way, was that trying to ignore our need for rest DOES NOT WORK.
Let’s talk worst case scenario….. you will get sick. That’s what happened to me. I continued to push & push & push and eventually my adrenals crashed and it started a 3 year battle to get well again.
So I cannot stress enough how IMPORTANT it is to manage your energy levels on a daily or weekly basis!
– ignoring the signs does NOT work
– need to raise awareness of our own energy needs & take time out
