This process is based on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and is a very powerful tool.  Once you understand it & put it into practice, you will be unstoppable.  It does take work, however, so don’t expect to be ‘fixed’ overnight.

Like anything worth having, you must be prepared to put in some effort to achieve great results.
