This activity is about starting to shift the focus of our RAS.
Have a think about what types of questions you commonly ask yourself…. are they helpful?
If not, take some time to identify how you could change the wording of the question so that it is helpful. E.g. when having a bad day, if you ask “what else could go wrong?”, your RAS searches for answers to THIS question….. NOT helpful.
Changing this question to. “what could I do right now, to help turn today into a good day?” will get a completely different set of answers…..
