When motivation doesn’t work…
Reality is, that there are ALWAYS going to be things that we don’t want to do and will probably NEVER want to do, no matter how motivated we are….
some people are just NOT morning people, some people will never get addicted to the gym no matter how great you feel when you actually go and do a workout…..
However, in saying that, there are many things that we know if we actually DID them, our health & wellbeing would improve and our happiness & fulfilment levels would skyrocket….. but often we just don’t feel like it…..
